We have covered a lot of topics in this course, and it is sometimes difficult to keep track of all that typically is going on when we use ANOVA for the analysis of more complicated experimental situations. In this lesson, we are going to develop the General Linear Mixed Model, capable of incorporating repeated measures. There is nothing new here, but instead its a succinct way to represent the basics of ANOVA in the most general terms.
